POLICIES ON CLIENT CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOWS, REDO’S AND REFUNDS

CANCELATION POLICY:

We understand issues arise.  We believe in being fair.  Therefore, we make note of but do not charge for one cancelation that occurs under 24 hours of your appointment.  However, if within one calendar year it happens again, we will charge for 50% of the amount of the appointment(s).

 

LATENESS POLICY:

​

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will forfeit their scheduled appointment and will be seeing as a walk-in, based on availability.

 

NO SHOW POLICY:

​

We feel that our service providers should be respected.  In the event of a no show, we will charge the client 50% of the amount of the appointment(s).

 

REDO POLICY:

​

We take pride in, stand by and guarantee our work at COCO NAILS.  If you are unsatisfied we would like you to consult and communicate with your service provider and together come up with a solution.  Our management team is also happy to help provide other alternatives. Client redo’s will only be honored if we are contacted within 7 days of the original service.

REFUND POLICY

 

We do not offer monetary refunds on services rendered. 

We do have a 7-day policy in place on services in which a client can come back and have corrections made on technical errors. 

 

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY

​

All certificates are final sale. Gift certificates cannot be exchange for cash nor for tips. Credit would be issue for any remaining Balance. Not replaceable if lost or damaged.
